These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CERO, including the CERO mobile application, websites, LINE Official Account, messaging channels, digital platforms, features, promotions, rewards, and related services (collectively, the "Services").By creating an account, accessing, or using CERO, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Services.
1. Eligibility and Acceptance
You may use CERO only if you are legally capable of entering into an agreement under applicable law.If you are under the age at which you may independently provide consent under applicable law, you may use the Services only with the consent or supervision of your parent or legal guardian.
By accessing or using CERO, you represent that the information you provide to us is accurate and that you are eligible to use the Services.If you access CERO on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to act on behalf of that organization.
2. CERO Services
CERO provides digital services designed to encourage and support sustainable and healthy activities.Depending on the features available to you, the Services may include:Creating and managing a CERO accountParticipating in campaigns, events, missions, challenges, or promotional activitiesEarning, receiving, collecting, or redeeming CERO Points, Green Points, rewards, benefits, vouchers, or promotional items
Accessing products, services, offers, or benefits provided by participating partners Recording or submitting sustainability-related activitiesUploading receipts, images, activity information, or other supporting informationConnecting to third-party services or applicationsAccessing activity, wellness, fitness, or sustainability insights where such features are availableReceiving notifications, recommendations, promotions, and other information through CERO-supported channelsSpecific features may vary depending on platform, location, campaign, partner, user eligibility, or availability.We may introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Services from time to time.
3. Account Registration and Security
Certain CERO features may require you to create an account or sign in using a supported authentication method.You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating and maintaining your account.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and login credentials and for activities performed through your account.You must notify us promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed or used without authorization.You may not sell, transfer, rent, share, or otherwise make your account available to another person where such use is inconsistent with the intended operation of CERO.We may require additional verification where reasonably necessary to protect users, partners, rewards, or the integrity of the Services.
4. CERO Points, Rewards and Benefits
CERO may provide users with points, digital rewards, vouchers, privileges, discounts, promotional benefits, or other incentives ("Rewards").Rewards may be subject to additional campaign-specific rules, including eligibility requirements, redemption conditions, validity periods, expiration dates, quantity limits, or participating locations.Unless expressly stated otherwise,
CERO Points and other Rewards have no cash value, are not legal tender or electronic money, may not be exchanged for cash, and may not be sold, transferred, or traded between users.The number, type, value, availability, and conditions of Rewards may change from time to time.Where permitted by law and the applicable campaign rules, we may cancel, adjust, withhold, or reverse Points or Rewards that were obtained as a result of error, fraudulent activity, duplicate transactions, system manipulation, misuse, or violation of these Terms.Some Rewards may be provided directly by third-party partners. Availability and fulfillment of those Rewards may therefore be subject to the partner's own conditions.
5. Campaigns, Events and Promotions
CERO may offer campaigns, missions, competitions, events, lucky draws, promotions, or other activities.Additional rules may apply to a specific campaign or event. Where campaign-specific terms conflict with these Terms, the campaign-specific terms will apply to that campaign to the extent of the conflict.You agree not to manipulate campaign results, submit false information, create duplicate accounts for the purpose of obtaining benefits, automate participation without authorization, or otherwise obtain Rewards through unfair or fraudulent means.CERO reserves the right to verify eligibility before providing a Reward.Rewards may be limited in quantity and may be provided on a first-come-first-served basis where stated in the relevant promotion.
6. User Content and Submitted Information
Certain features may allow you to upload or provide information such as photographs, receipts, activity records, documents, comments, profile information, event information, or other content ("User Content").You remain responsible for your User Content.You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit User Content to CERO and that your submission does not violate applicable law or the rights of another person.You must not upload content that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, malicious, infringing, or intended to manipulate CERO's systems or Rewards.To the extent necessary to operate the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, and otherwise use your User Content for providing, securing, improving, and administering CERO, subject to our Privacy Policy.We may remove or restrict access to User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
7. Activity, Fitness and Health-Related Features
Certain CERO features may allow users to voluntarily provide or connect activity-related information, such as steps, distance, exercise activity, calories, heart rate, or similar information, where supported by the relevant device, application, or service.Such functionality is provided for informational, engagement, wellness, event, or reward purposes only.
CERO is not a medical service and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.Activity or health-related information displayed by CERO may originate from users, mobile devices, wearable devices, third-party applications, or other services. Accuracy may therefore depend on those sources and cannot be guaranteed.You should not rely on CERO as a substitute for professional medical advice or for making medical decisions.Access to any health-related information will be handled in accordance with applicable law, platform requirements, your permissions, and the CERO Privacy Policy.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree to use CERO only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.You must not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, damage, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems.You may not introduce malware, viruses, automated scripts, scraping tools, bots, or other technology intended to interfere with CERO or obtain information without authorization.You must not reverse engineer, bypass security mechanisms, exploit vulnerabilities, manipulate transactions or activity records, falsify submissions, impersonate another person, or misuse CERO to obtain unauthorized Rewards or benefits.We may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict accounts or Rewards while an investigation is conducted.
9. Intellectual Property
CERO and its associated software, technology, functionality, user interfaces, designs, databases, algorithms, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, images, documentation, and other materials ("Content") are owned by VEKIN, its licensors, or applicable content providers.Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use CERO for its intended purposes.Unless expressly authorized by us, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, publicly display, commercially exploit, scrape, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on CERO or its Content.Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any CERO intellectual property to you."CERO", associated logos, and related brand elements may not be used without prior written permission from the applicable rights holder.
10. Privacy and Personal Data
Your privacy is important to us.Our collection, use, disclosure, storage, protection, and other processing of personal data is governed by the
CERO Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.By using CERO, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.Where a feature requires your consent or permission, including access to information provided by your device or a third-party service, you may be asked to provide such permission separately.You may be able to manage certain permissions through CERO, your device settings, or the relevant third-party service.
11. Third-Party Platforms and Services
CERO may integrate with or provide access to services operated by third parties, including identity providers, messaging platforms, mobile operating systems, health or fitness platforms, payment providers, participating merchants, event organizers, and promotional partners.Your use of a third-party service may be subject to that third party's own terms, conditions, and privacy policies.CERO does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their independent acts, availability, content, security, products, or services except to the extent required by applicable law.A link or integration with a third party does not necessarily constitute an endorsement of that third party.
12. Partner Products, Services and Offers
Certain products, services, vouchers, discounts, benefits, or other offers accessible through CERO may be provided by independent partners.The partner may be responsible for fulfillment, product quality, availability, booking, delivery, refund, cancellation, warranty, or customer support relating to its products or services.Any additional terms communicated by the partner will apply to your transaction with that partner.CERO may facilitate access to these offers but does not guarantee that every partner offer will remain continuously available.
13. Service Availability and Changes
We aim to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee that CERO will always operate without interruption, delay, error, or technical failure.The Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, network conditions, third-party services, security requirements, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.We may update CERO and change, add, limit, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for operational, commercial, security, technical, or legal reasons.Where appropriate, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CERO and the Services are provided on an
"AS IS" and
"AS AVAILABLE" basis.We do not warrant that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for every user's particular requirements.Information presented through CERO, including sustainability estimates, activity information, calculations, recommendations, impact information, and partner information, may depend on data provided by users or third parties.Accordingly, we do not guarantee that such information will always be complete, accurate, or current.Nothing provided through CERO constitutes professional medical, financial, legal, environmental verification, or other regulated professional advice unless expressly stated otherwise.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CERO, VEKIN, their affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use the Services.This includes, where permitted by law, losses resulting from interruption of service, loss of data, loss of Rewards, unauthorized account activity, reliance on third-party information, or interactions with third-party partners.Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CERO, VEKIN, their affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, fraudulent activity, or misuse of CERO.
17. Suspension, Termination and Account Deletion
You may stop using CERO at any time.Where available, you may request deletion of your account through the account deletion functionality or another method provided by CERO.We may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account where we reasonably believe that the user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, created a security risk, violated applicable law, or misused CERO or its Rewards.Upon termination, your right to access the Services will cease.Treatment of personal data following account deletion or termination will be governed by the CERO Privacy Policy and applicable law.Unused Points, Rewards, vouchers, or other benefits associated with a terminated or deleted account may expire or become unavailable in accordance with the applicable program or campaign conditions and applicable law.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes to CERO, applicable laws, regulatory requirements, security practices, or our business operations.The latest version will be made available through CERO or our website together with its effective date.Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice or obtain additional consent before material changes become effective.Your continued use of CERO after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the
laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection or other mandatory law.Nothing in these Terms restricts any rights that you may have under mandatory consumer protection or data protection laws.
20. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the CERO Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific CERO features, campaigns, events, Rewards, or services, constitute the agreement between you and us regarding your use of CERO.If specific terms apply to a particular feature or campaign, those specific terms will supplement these Terms.
